NON-HOLIDAY MUSIC PLAYLIST ON

SPOTIFY!

12.1.23

As much as I love dancing around the kitchen in my socks singing along with Mariah Carey’s Christmas album, sometimes you need some non-holiday, non-denominational music for your dinner and cocktail parties. My “Emerald Dinner” playlist is a little of this and a little of that, but it’s all upbeat yet mellow grooves inspired by my annual holiday dinner with my art lady besties. Hit shuffle and enjoy!

SLIDING SCALE/INSURANCE-FRIENDLY

SPOTS AVAILABLE

11.15.23

**These spots are now full, but please contact me to get put on my waitlist.**

If you’ve been wanting to work with me but cost is an issue, I have a handful of sliding scale/insurance-friendly spots available for folks who are unable to afford my full-fee sessions.

Rather than standard EMDR protocol, these are 60 minute supportive therapy sessions grounded in depth psychology, the cultivation of creativity, somatic, and dreamwork. We can work on all the same things I specialize in normally, but these sessions are more along the lines of talk therapy using EMDR-based grounding/calming techniques.

Maybe you’ve done intensive EMDR with me in the past and would like some weekly support, or maybe you’ve been curious about working with me but the cost was prohibitive. Please schedule a consultation with me here to be put on the waitlist for these openings.
