A deep dive to resolve traumas and negative beliefs that may be holding you back. Includes:

- One 90 minute intake session

- Eight weekly sessions (2 hours each)

EMDR for RECENT PAINFUL EVENTS:

Specialized EMDR protocol to treat recent distressing events such as breakups, accidents, and losses.

When performed immediately to approximately three months after a traumatic event, this type of EMDR is highly effective in getting relief quickly. It is great for healing and preventing PTSD. Number of sessions may vary depending on the situation. Package includes:

- Four to six two-hour sessions over two to three weeks

$320 per hour, $2,560 to $3,840 total

3 MONTH CREATIVITY MENTORSHIP:

Dream big. Three months of twice-weekly sessions with Jenessa - one focused on EMDR and the other focused on creative mentorship. This profoundly transformative package is ideal for clearing blocks and finding the courage to move forward in all your creative endeavors. Complete the artwork for your solo exhibition, brainstorm your business or career change, write your novel, or dream up your next major life adventure with comprehensive clinical and creative support every step of the way! Package includes:

-One 90 minute intake session

-Eleven weekly EMDR sessions (2 hours each) AND eleven weekly creative mentorship sessions (1hour each)
